Beautiful interior design throughout both the rooms and the hotel truly sets this place apart. The spaces feel thoughtfully curated, stylish, and comfortable, creating a calm atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The quiet environment added to the sense of relaxation, and the staff were consistently warm and genuinely friendly. The location is also incredibly convenient, with everything you need close by. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates great design, comfort, and exceptional hospitality.

Amazing food, amazing room, amazing service! We especially enjoyed the bartender in the lobby area, Chris. He’s was friendly and great at suggesting cocktails for us to drink. The entire hotel is A++. It far exceeded our expectations on every level.

Our stay was truly exceptional and exceeded all expectations. We were kindly upgraded to a suite which made our stay extra special. The space was generous with enough closet storage and a beautifully designed living room area that we all enjoyed in the evenings, it quickly became our movie night spot and kept our little one happily busy. The room was incredibly well thought out down to the smallest details. From the floor heating in the bathroom to the perfectly balanced lighting and seamless technology, everything felt intuitive, modern, and luxurious. You can truly feel the level of care that went into the design. Including the goodie bags with nappies, lotion, slippers and robe for my toddler. The hotel’s location is perfect. Baden-Baden is absolutely magical at this time of year. We’ve visited several major cities during the festive season, but the Christmas decorations here are on another level, elegant, charming, and unforgettable. Staying in a beautiful hotel right in the heart of it all made the experience even more special. Breakfast was exceptional with an impressive selection and even oysters. The service was excellent, the staff were helpful and genuinely welcoming. As a detail lover, I was delighted to see fine bone china Villeroy & Boch dining sets which perfectly reflect the hotel’s high standards. I truly wish I had planned to stay longer here but I will definitely return! Do not hesitate to book, the price point for a stay of this standard is unbeatable.

What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff—they were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, a clean environment, and a memorable experience. I will definitely be coming back!

A true gem

Gorgeous hotel, the design is cohesive throughout, lovely art, comfortable and beautiful at the same time. So many thoughtful touches everywhere you look. Well located, staff is super friendly and professional at the same time. The spa is wonderful, drinks in the lobby bar perfection. Towels were huge and soft. Robes super soft and comfy. Ok the only thing I can fault is the pillow cases were not soft..oddly scratchy but that’s really sounding spoiled now isn’t it?

8/10 Very good

Eneste negative var lidt langsom betjening i restauranten om aften. Steak var godt men koldt, burde det ikke være i forhold til prisen. Ellers meget flot og dejligt hotel med fantastisk morgenmad og meget hundevenlig
