It was just clean enough and a great rate for Miami Beach

This is the best kept secret in Miami as far has places to stay go. It was fantastic from top to bottom! From the cute pool with a view of the ocean to the clean beach getaway smell you get the moment you walk into the room. I enjoyed every minute of my stay here and next time I come to Miami this is the only place I want to stay.

The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. If you’re staying for just one night and only need a place to sleep, this hotel might work, but don’t expect a three-star experience. I was in Miami for a funeral and unfortunately couldn’t get a good night’s sleep due to the lack of soundproofing between rooms. The guests next door weren’t being loud at all. Simply turning on the shower or moving things around in their luggage was enough for me to hear everything. I’m normally a very deep sleeper, so that says a lot. There was also no complimentary coffee or bottled water. Overall, the hotel has room for improvement, especially when it comes to guest comfort and privacy.

Beds were extremely comfy, the staff was very helpful and nice. However the hotel itself self needs up updating and renovating other than that it wasn’t bad

Nice place ,great view ,very clean ,excellent customer service. The only negative thing was that the elevator was broken for the three days we stayed and we were on the third floor and traveling with two uncles over 70.

Staff was helpful, but the Internet was down my whole stay so it got in the way of getting some work done, when WiFi is part of the resort fee, you expected it to work, the rooms were nice and clean. The balconies need to be maintained very old and unkept. The noise from the building being under construction next-door was terrible on a Saturday , They were doing construction at 8 AM. Very loud.

We love the pool with the view. You can order food and drink at the restaurant behind the hotel and party there at night lol

This is a hidden gem in the Miami Beach area. The hotel provides a 1960's vibe with an incredible restaurant with a full frontal view of the intercostal waterway and an incredible happy hour menu. The rooms are big, there is free parking and the staff is very helpful. If you are looking for a good place to spend some days, out of the noise, this might be the place for you.

The view was stunning! Pool was great! Staff was amazing! The only thing was I took 3 kids and they were the only kids there apparently they throw parties all weekend it shuts down at 10pm and honestly wasn’t too loud but definitely a party crowd so wanted to note this for families. We had a wonderful time though!

It was clear that this hotel is struggling to keep things together, we had a few issues with our room such as non working remote, I was expecting a microwave but there was none, and the neighboring construction outside our window waking us up every morning was not conducive to a relaxing vacation. Over all the hotel was clean and the staff made an effort to accommodate when issues arose.

The pool was pretty nice especially with the view it felt like a hidden oasis being it’s in a very busy street. The rooms are fine, nothing special but nothing bad. My one complaint is that there is no elevator for the left building. Being young it was okay for us but for older hotel guests I could see them visibly exhausted with the haul and on multiple occasions helped with heavy bags

The staff was helpful and amazing! The elevator was down so they carried our bags to our room for us. Lots of construction next door and around the area but there is a great bakery 2 blocks away. It’s called CAO.

The hotel is not bad, but I would not say is good either. Elevator was broken, we were assigned a 4th floor room. The asked for a security deposit that surprised me at the moment of check in. Restaurant is incredible loud and Ari conditioning too.

Only had 1 wash rag for 5 people in the room. Water in the tub was green. Not as nice as pictures made it appear but the view was fantastic! Great place to stay if you do not have kids.

I thought it was exceptionally clean and was very impressed by the pool bathroom cleanliness. I was a little upset by the elevator not working throughout my three night stay being on the 4th floor. But besides that it was great :)

The bar closed early on sunday and they didn’t have vending machines for water. So if you want anything to drink your out of luck unless you wanna pay $8 for a bottle of fiji water they leave in your room. Also, the hotel puts a $150 hold on your card apart from what you pay, it’s been over a week and they still haven’t released the hold for a 1 night stay, they don’t pick up when I’ve called multiple times. It’s in a bad location to pull out of. And they only had like 2 workers. However the place felt clean, and has a beautiful view of the water. The pool was clean, and they had lots of space to sit out on their deck in comfy porch furniture plus we had a balcony room. That was a nice touch.

Decent property. We didn't use the pool due to the rain but the front desk moved our room so we didn't get wet since our luggage didn't make it. Don't offer any amenities if your luggage doesn't make it. No extra tooth brushes, tooth paste or anything like that. They did hold our luggage when it arrived so that was helpful. The rooms were spacious but the bathrooms are awfully small! Definitely a downfall. But would stay again for the price!

I really enjoyed my stay at The Palms Hotel & Spa in Miami. One thing I want to mention first is to be careful when booking, because when I first flew into Miami, I accidentally booked the Palm Tree Hotel, which felt more like a motel. Make sure you are booking The Palms Hotel & Spa, right on the beach. The location was beautiful, peaceful, and super convenient. I had the breakfast buffet and it was absolutely delicious. The Sunday brunch had so many varieties, and everything was amazing. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I enjoyed my stay so much that I ended up booking an additional night. One of my favorite parts was doing morning yoga with Angela. She was wonderful, warm, and made the experience even better. Overall, I had a beautiful and relaxing stay, and I would definitely recommend The Palms Hotel & Spa for anyone looking for a beachfront getaway in Miami.
