Checking in was great and the person in the desk was friendly and helpful. Please be ready to pay an extra £5 per car for parking. Breakfast is a 5 minute walk across the motorway bridge and wasn’t worth the money in all honesty. Good for the rest we needed.

A handy place to stay for me.

Room's fine, quiet at the back with a view of a field, bed and bathroom good, a desk with a little fridge, places to put clothes, helpful staff. Useful for the A38 and local things and the service station to walk to for food. The WiFi could be faster.

Motorway services hotel, but actually tucked away in its own leafy green corner, our room was quiet with uninterrupted views of green fields, It’s a tired building, but the staff couldn’t do enough for you, the room was clean, and epic value for money

Room was clean except for the towels which looked clean but smelt like they’d been stored in a greasy spoon. Bed was comfortable but only a couple of hard chairs to sit on other than the bed. On arrival we had to pay £5 a night for parking which was unexpected. But the staff were lovely and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Good choice if you just want somewhere to lay your head and it was quiet.
