From the very friendly staff (and I mean everyone we met) to the quality of the rooms / cleanliness of the beds and comfort of the beds. Plenty of room in all the different spaces. We had booked a 1 bedroom with sofa bed for 4 people and the sofa bed was already ready for us. The service was great. The parking is through a car elevator and the staff was very helpful to get us in and out.

Scolded foe transferring their laundry to the dryer from the washer after 20 min of waiting for that person to return to transfer themselves. Though the setting I placed at no heat and delicate tumble, the american woman scolded me with, "You NEVER move a woman's laundry to the dryer." Other than that, peaceful, pool is cold when the air is hot, great services(cafe, podcast booths, event space, meeting rooms, workspaces, etc). €120/night is not the Old Porto, neither is Porto. If connection is of your interest, this is a great space and located near Campanha station(Bus,Metro,Train). Kitchenette and refrigerator were just enough for two people. "
