The location was pretty good metro was just the opposite to the hotel
My overall experience is one of excellent service throughout my four days stay. The room was very clean and the entire hotel is very secure. I enjoyed watching the world cup soccer games in the bar. Friendly staff and professional. The breakfast was plenty and with wide selection. The service staff in the restaurant (breakfast and dinner) showed professionalism and I am very impressed. The front desk staff is very good and professional. Overall, this is a well-run hotel and I fully recommend to any one visiting Porto, Portugal for business or for pleasure.
An average 3 star hotel. However if you use the metro, the stop for all the lines is right there. Nothing fancy about this place nor nothing negative about this hotel.
Hotel was nice, staff was friendly. The room was great as there was an attached room for our son. Parking was a bit difficult. Overall a nice stay. Price was great as well!
Everyone was amazing....our room was fresh, clean and beautifully set up and the breakfasts were amazing. The staff was helpful with their recommendations and the location was great.... out of the tourist area but an easy walk to get there.
