"This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in, From the che Saidi, who is absolutely amazing with a smile, to the receptionist to the waiters and waitresses, house keeping etc. I really can't come up with any fault. If you want relaxation, clean environment, good size rooms ,great staff, do not look any further. Ive had 20yrs customer servive experience and im beyond amaze. Such kind , helpful, caring and i can go on and on. Just peaceful...i can't thank them enough. "

"Excellent service, very clean, effort for luxury. Minor gripes with design not being to professional standards (low ceilings at the wrong places, tall toilet, poor vanity light) but these are small inconveniences to be expected from a locally owned, non-corporate venue. "

"Firstly,the room itself was perfect, comfy bed, tasteful decor and lots of extra stuff like an iron, fridge, smart tv, hob, however no cutlery or pots so you couldn't use hob or oven.
The service was mixed, room was left open by cleaners and it didn't even get cleaned, air con wasn't working properly and had to keep calling reception for towels, cleaning the room, fix air con etc
Restaurant service wasn't great,but porters were lovely, reception staff average.

"Was there for 2 nights on business and hotel was totally fine for a quick trip. Hotel is small but comfortable and in good condition. Restaurant has decent options and if your friendly to the staff, they are very friendly back. However, if you have an attitude don’t expect staff to respect you."

Would highly recommend! Also cleanliness is huge for me and this property surprised me how clean the rooms were! Amazing!!!! "
