"Phoned day before to check access to room as I have walking difficulties and use a wheelchair at times, spoke to Aaron was on duty who said the lift was not working, he very kindly moved me to a ground floor room so no stairs which was perfect, and a ramp was put to go to the bathroom

The check in process was very easy and the room was everything we wanted. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in the town centre.
