The staff were so friendly, I called to let them know we would arrive after midnight and there was no problem, arrived at 2:30AM, checked in quickly, gave us a great room. Quiet area and very clean. Will definitely return to this Hotel if we ever go back to Coachella. Price was really great too.

Looking for reasonable, clean place?

This is not the Hyatt Regency but is a clean and friendly place to stay for a reasonable rate. I am a mature woman who travels solo and I will have no problem staying there again. Shoutout to Nicole at the front desk who helped me with my luggage and walker.

Indio gem

The room was clean and spacious. Manager on duty went out of his way to re-assign me a first floor room and helped me with my luggage. It was a perfect hotel for my weekend visit with grandkids.

David at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Told us about the restaurants near by. When we didn't use the key card correctly he came down and show us how to use it. Very pleasant.

My room was very clean .. mikey likey (i'm mike) ... i am also a professional cleaner ... i've stayed at many motels/hotels and I like the clean room I had here. Comfy bed, good hot water, and quiet area.

Check in reception was very nice and friendly. But was hard to find anyone later when we needed something. Room was clean. Missing a threshold when entering the bathroom.

They are a scam. Lamps weren’t even plugged in and we had to move the whole bed to do so. The night stands are missing drawers and the one drawer was missing a whole handle. They reaked of cigarettes. The “closet” area had old sticky stuff on the shelves and gum. They charged us $50 for a dog smell which is crazy since they couldn’t even clean the hotel room before we got there.
