"One night stay in single room . The service was excellent, staff were very helpful and friendly. The single room is small with no window just a skylight. Parking is in the street limited to 2hr between 8 and 4, but free overnight. Breakfast starts at 0830, but they offered a sandwich if needed before times. Dinner was reasonable. Nicely presented . Check it time is 5pm. "

Mirrors placed with no sockets near for hairdryer etc. When I contacted the hotel for early check-in (noon) I wasn’t aware that I had to pay for this in cash. Had to choose breakfast on arrival too, which I didn’t know what I would like at that time but I had to book something. We were the only ones at breakfast the following morning. "Attic room, so a couple of flights of stairs, but the guy at check in carried both our cases upstairs for us. Lovely view of the Great Ouse. We enjoyed people watching from the two window. Appreciated the electric fan in the room. Breakfast was nice and the staff helpful and pleasant. The lady staff member enjoyed a laugh when she mistook my bearded husband gor another bearded guest. "

"Upon arrival, we were greeted by our lovely hosts Chris and Tina. Chris kindly showed us to our Valentina tent for our 3 day stay. The tent was beautifully appointed and had a super comfy bed. Our separate kitchen area had a basket of goodies, which we felt was such a personal touch. The llamas were amazing, roaming freely outside our tent. "We booked this property as the picture on website looked nice. It said we would share bathroom only with people in our party, this was booked as non-refundable. We only book properties with en-suite usually but as said it would only be shared with our party. Once booking came through I checked the postcode and found that the property was down a private road which you could not view on google maps. "Always stay here needing a nights stay in Kings Lynn. Nice hotel with pubs nearby."

"Booked through Expedia, easy booking, good communication. Nice little end terraced property suited us for the night. We was visiting family so only slept in property. Property was tidy, code was given on day, parking space available with permit left on table, beds comfy, powerful shower. Quite area, floorboards are loose which rattles the floor and wardrobes. Don't know about area. No teabags or milk so bring your own. Thank you for the stay much appreciated. "

"Very nice employees and helpfull in every Way. Clean Place and quiet at night. Good bed and Nice little kitchen i the elite Pod. We could have used an extra duvet as there was only 2 doble ones and the 3 of us liking our own. Remember you need to bring diswash soap, towels ect. Also if you come from abroad."
