"When we come to Shelby we always use this hotel to stay. The staff is always welcoming and kind. The room is clean and the breakfast is good too. It close to the mall 2 minute walk depending on how fast you walk. Will recommend to others as a place to stay."

"Excellent stay. Clean room, heater works well, water runs hot, quality tv with many channels. Pool and hot tub was great, staff was friendly, check in was quick and easy. Appreciated they put me away from other guests so i didn't have to worry about noise. Even had a nice little continental breakfast. "

"Tracie - the receptionist and Linda - kitchen manager were simply awesome. Their smiles definitely brought the warmth to my day. And a very special thanks and service excellence credit to Tracie, who went out of her way to help me get ready for my son's wedding. Being alone to doll myself up definitely brought its set of challenges. But Tracie was GOD sent angel - who was at the right place at the right time with the right spirit, was amazing! I could have never got myself all dolled up efficiently if not for Tracie. 5 Star Ratings to Tracie. And praying much blessings upon her :"
