"We stayed at Domus in connection with a conference. It's about 2km away from Assisi proper, a short bus ride or long walk to that amazing city. Domus offers more space at a reasonable price. There's a restaurant downstairs and a snack bar & gift shop in the spacious lobby, lots of tables and comfortable seating for groups."

"Off-centre but not far from the main touristic area, homely with beautiful interior and garden, breakfast with a nice array of choices (but you have to prepare everything). Sometimes I knocked to ask for help from the host and got no answer. I would suggest them to have a bell installed. But the only real (and minor) inconvenience is the bathroom, which is exclusive but not inside the room, one has to cross the corridor."

"Idilic, quiet and just gorgeous. It's removed a bit from Perugia, but it's worth it to stretch out, relax at the pool and enjoy the view and sounds of nature. Rooms are beautiful and clean, and the grounds are just gorgeous."

"The location is great. Any easy walk to town. The bed is very hard and the room is very dark. The lights and power go out when you leave the room. Thought if you are trying to charge something while gone. "

"Excellent Hosts. They did not speak much English which we actually enjoyed as my wife got to try out her Italian. It is a little slice of heaven tucked into the Hillside of Umbria. Lots of extras and the pool was magnificent! If there was ever any stress…Relax Cottage! "

The three biggest drawbacks were that the pool was quite dirty, with a large number of bugs on the bottom, and the setup around the pool was scaled down from the pictures on the site, the breakfast was quite limited (fresh croissants on one of 3 days) and the wifi wouldn't work in our room, we had to go outside to use it. The location was close to perfect if you have a car. Easy drive to Assisi and good day trips in the...

"The country house has remarkable views which really make it something special. A short walk to the centre (up a hill). The rooms are slightly dated in style but have everything you need. We were however in an attic room and with the slanted ceiling and shower over the bath the showering facility was difficult but there is a bath option. Overall the views, pool and service make it a wonderful stay. "
