There was a rude guest that put it in line in front of everyone because he felt entitled. But Richard at the front desk was more than accommodating when it became our turn. He apologized and offered us a free breakfast. Room was clean and dinner at the hotel restaurant and breakfast in the concierge level was amazing.

Really disappointed by this property. Sat in lobby until room was available after 7pm and paid for an upgraded room, but was given a room viewing the building next door.
Spoke to manager at the desk, but she said she had no available options.
Really expected more from our stay.
