Our stay in Waterbury was great.The staff was friendly and helpful.The room was clean and quiet. We pretty much had the pool and hot tub to ourselves which was super nice. We had a couple amazing dinners at Hen of the Wood and Gallus. Great beer at Prohibition Pig. We absolutely will be back again.

The property was clean and beautiful. However, the standard room was much much too small for 4 people. In fact it was one of the smallest hotel rooms my family has ever stayed in. It cannot accommodate 4 people and the beds were smaller than standard double beds. So we added a suite which was much too expensive at over $300. Laundry cost $7. The following night we did more laundry for free at the Hotel Le Dauphin in Montreal. . Was told over and over that if the owners were here....

This is the second year in a row we stayed here around Xmas time and once again it did niot disappoint! The staff is great, the amenties are wonderful, great location to come to Smugglers Notch the next day. We dont need to look anywhere else if we need a place to stay within 45 mins of Smugglers.

Absolutely in live with this hotel! Exceptional customer service checking in and out! Pool, lounging area, the bridge!! In our winter stay we Absolutely enjoy tubing down the snow covered hill by the playground, my kids did not want to leave.
