This property needs a major refresh. The carpets are coming up at the seams in the hallways, walls look dirty, beds are like sleeping on boards and pillows are bricks. Probably a once beautiful place but now tired and old looking. Not a 4.5 star hotel by any means. Bathroom grouting is rough and the bathtub has patches where the finish has come off. Very few amenities. Property does not hold up to other Disney hotels unfortunately. I cannot fault the staff though. Super helpful and friendly!!

Absolutely loved our stay and would go again. Staff were attentive to the very end (taxi to airport). Very helpful in guiding us in which taxi to book. Loved that there was Disney themed activities. Slight bummer that outdoor pool was under maintenance but at least there was an indoor pool. The change rooms near there lacked appropriate facilities for changing a baby. Would be great if there was a change table.

What a fabulous hotel, meticulously kept and very professional. Check in was delightful and in entering our room, it was stunning. We had the harbour view with balcony. We paid a little extra for the party package and that certainly was worthwhile. Excellent amenities with that lovely Disney feel. Room service was amazing so we decided to have this every night!
