The rooms were sparse but clean and a bit cramped. Sodas and coffee were free. The shared balcony from our room was wonderful. The staff were very accommodating and even let us keep our luggage in the room for a few hours after check-out. Be aware that taxis are hard to come by on feast days and reserve extra time for travel.

Lovely little hotel. The door is difficult to find, it’s next to the supermarket entrance. The staff were so kind and helpful. The room, although compact, had everything you would require for a San Sebastián stay. The location was brilliant! The free coffee machine in the foyer was an added bonus and the non alcoholic beverages in the mini bar too. Highly recommend.

Casa Nicolasa is very conveniently located to pretty much everything you will want to do in Donostia, and the property is very clean, modern, and nice. The staff is super friendly and kind, and were all very helpful. The room I stayed in was the perfect size, and included a lovely terrace! If you’re there in the warmer months the air conditioning works great! The bed was a little stiff and bouncy for me, but some people may prefer a firm mattress, or won’t mind this trade off for such a great location. Since my room was right next to reception I worried it would be noisy with people checking in and out, but I never was bothered by noise. Highly recommend this hotel!
