The bed was absolutely awful, they really need to get new mattresses. They don't use fitted sheets, they put a flat sheet down then 2 additional sheets and a rough yuck looking comforter we refused to use. EVERYTHING downstairs minus the lobby smells of mold due to them not changing the carpet after the hurricanes. They seem more concerned about fixing their timeshares than fixing the damage in the main hotel. We will only be staying on the RumFish side from here on out if we stay again at all. On the positive side of things the staff was 100% FABULOUS and the cabana servers were wonderful (Rich is the man)!! Pete's for breakfast and dinners our whole stay was awesome as well!
