The room wasn't available at 4pm. They were still cleaning it, even though check in was at 3pm and they sent us to the room at 4pm to find a cleaning lady still in the room. They didn't provide the waters as promised in the room, or the hotel discount wrist badges. Also the included breakfast wasn't included until I showed them my receipt from Hotels.com. Overall the staff is the new generation of service that just stares at you waiting for you to talk. Not really interested in solving or doing anything more than they need. There was one really great guy behind the counter the day we checke out. Outside of that they are nice, but not really helpful or interested in helping you out.
