We loved the beautifully decorated rooms and common areas, and excellent food. While it lacks a direct beach access, the free shuttle to Ramla beach worked nicely for us. In mid-September, the beach was surprisingly not overcrowded. On the weekend, it was slightly busier but there was no difficulty getting sun beds and an umbrella. On week days, it was really nice. On a cloudy day, we also used the free shuttle to Victoria. Hotel is close to the Blue hole and the inland sea. This point is absolutely beautiful and if you decide to stay in Kempinsky, I highly recommend to visit there. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at the Kempinski Hotel San Lawrenz in Gozo. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and impeccably maintained, making it the perfect place to relax while exploring the island. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the pools were fantastic, and the breakfast offered an excellent variety of fresh, high-quality food. The entire staff was professional and courteous, and the hotel’s serene atmosphere made it difficult to leave. We would gladly return and highly recommend the Kempinski Gozo to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

Excellent place to stay on Gozo! We rented a car and could experience the whole island with an easy drive from this location. The staff and facilities were top notch, as good or better than the pictures online. The room type that we booked was not available so the manager upgraded us to a better suite. We tried several of the onsite restaurants and each was unique and wonderful. The spa was world class, as were all of the indoor and outdoor pools. The staff members went above and beyond to make us feel special in every interaction. We look forward to returning!

Young person’s around on work exerience were supernice and helpful. More mature staff did not show proactive approach on simple questions. We we not clearly understand the onsite restuarant options and booking for everything was instisted, but not finally needed. Good food was experienced, but better structure to guests recommended. Seating allocation was also problemetic even when booking a place.. we survived, but at such a hotel should be better.

Restaurants cater for most tastes, menus are comprehensive and the decor is what you expect in such a hotel. Selection of different breakfast dishes suited al palates. Only used the main pool where the staff were on the ball as soon as the pool opened. No waiting for ages to order a drink or snack. The location of the hotel is about ten minutes by bus from Victoria but the walk from the hotel to the bus stop can be tiring (for older guests) when it's hot. I used Bolt taxis to get arround. Bolt are like Uber so you need to download their APP.
