The instructions on how to find the hotel were perfect. The staff at the front desk were very helpful with how to get around and where to go in the neighborhood as well as downtown. All the staff we met were just plain friendly and kind as well as informative. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the free wine happy hour and the free laundry was perfect since every day was 90° and we were exhausted. My wife and I really liked this hotel.

Much needed & excellent air conditioning in the July heat. Large room and large bathroom. Lovely shower. Excellent bed and mattress. 2-3 minutes' walk from Chinatown. Near the food stalls to get some authentic Singaporean food.

We loved this hotel. The service was very friendly and we appreciated the snacks and drinks downstairs in the lobby. It is situated in a wonderful neighborhood in Singapore within walking distance to lots of restaurants and cafes. We would definitely stay here again.
