The room was surprisingly outdated compared to the grounds and outside appearance of most of the buildings. We stayed in the Executive Suite buildings and found them to be dated and in disrepair in several areas. The coffee service in the rooms was equal to a lower end chain hotel, however the price was on that end too. Overall, I would rate it a good value for the money if the outdoor setting is more important to you than a luxury hotel room. The staff overall was very friendly, but, we had housekeeping bang on our door early in the morning while my husband was still in bed because they didn't know which suite had checked out already.

Disappointed that the indoor pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance, but the grounds were beautiful and we really enjoyed breakfast. We don’t play golf but we did enjoy the sauna and disc golf course. Not too far from the National Park, and enjoyed seeing the deer daily. There’s one restaurant that doesn’t require a dress code and it was a long wait, so ended up eating outside the property.

There are so many activities to do inside the resort gates. I felt comfortable letting my younger teen kids explore using the shuttle or walking to the areas on their own. We loved the Pool, Leisure Center, sport courts, or just walking the golf courses trails to relax. Very clean, safe, and friendly. Restaurant and Hotel Breakfast meals were great. The hotel itself was obviously built a while ago and there are hints of the age but most of the hotel has been remodeled or well maintained. Small building maintenance would be my only criticism of the Main Hotel.

It was great to have a convenient shuttle on site. We came around Christmas time and outdoor area was decorated with Christmas Lights, so beautiful!! At the hotel we saw a few Christmas trees, nicely decorated, elves on the shelve everywhere, we feel welcome here. Thank you
