This was a beautiful property. The room was so clean and very well decorated with RT 66 theme. The parking is one-way through the property, so be careful coming in/out. The lobby staff is very helpful.

Recently renovated and modernized, we really enjoyed our stay at the Monterrey. The staff was attentive to our needs. Parking was adequate, though one way through the property, exiting onto a local street. The bar was nice and getting a free drink for our stay was a plus. The motel is easy walking distance to Old Town, which features many shops and restaurants. The Mexican Restaurant (Los Compadres) across the street was excellent and reasonably priced.

The property is in an ok area, very close to old town with restaurants etc all walkable from the hotel. Pool and hotel are in great condition, well maintained and clean. Family suites are fun, only suggestion would be to add 1/2 bath to the kids room, everyone shares the bathroom in the master bedroom side. A sink and toilet on the kids side would make these amazing. Otherwise the place is perfect!
