So-so stay for low price
Thought this would be a better condition hotel due to being a Wyndham name. Lobby, breakfast area, and common areas were decent condition. Room condition was so-so overall. Our bathroom fixtures had rust, with moldy caulking peeling away from tub area, and wall paper peeling here and there. Tub bottom was severely stained. Bathroom remodel is needed.

Guns and hunting knives in a city? Sketchy people.
They allow guests to open carry firearms and hunting knives in common areas and at breakfast. Unsettling and uncivilized for an urban area. I complained and a custodial employee spoke loudly about the 5th amendment, (incorrectly/wrong amendment/shocker), she then tried to embarrass me in front of the other guest carrying the firearms. I was offended and made VERY uncomfortable. Manager and other employees were very nice and professional, but unable to address federal and local laws as they were ignorant to them. Unacceptable. There were many sketchy people staying there and this added to the anxiety over weapons. How difficult is it to say no weapons? They have signage about smoking?!

Give it a shot!
This hotel was about 10x better than we expected once inside. Its an older building that's been remodeled and not in the best part of town (although not crackhead central) but we were pleasantly surprised with our stay! Loved the pool, very clean. Room was fantastic, clean, smelled good. Clean towels and sheets. Didn't stay for breakfast.
