It was my first time visiting Jeju, and I had such a wonderful experience here. The room was very spacious, with a lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful gardens. I stayed in an Ondol room, which had a traditional Korean-style interior and made the experience feel even more special. One of my favourite things was waking up to the sound of birds chirping in the morning. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of both hot and cold dishes, with plenty of options to choose from. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and always did their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Unfortunately, the beach was closed for swimming during my stay, but the outdoor swimming pool and evening performances were so much fun and definitely made up for it. Overall, I had an amazing stay and made some lovely memories here. I would absolutely love to come back someday! 🌿✨

The pool and poolside entertainment are great. There's a good bowling alley on site too. Only negative is the on site cuisine is insanely and insultingly overpriced for Korea. Fortunately there's a breakfast spot and a few other restaurants right next door. But honestly all the food should be at least 50% of the list price--and it would still be pricey for Jeju.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was excellent! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the room was thoughtfully stocked with amenities. I was pleasantly surprised to find that everything I needed was already provided. The attention to detail really made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The outdoor pool and show were fantastic as well. The water temperature was warm and comfortable, and we enjoyed it so much that we stayed there for almost two hours. One small suggestion: the area around the pool can be quite slippery when wet. I unfortunately slipped and fell once, so it would be great if additional safety measures could be considered. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

Hi, it was our 2nd time visiting Lotte Hotel Jeju & their service was next level. My family & I had the best experience ever here!! They speak both Korean and English which helped. I must say Rachel who helped us needs to be promoted as manager if she isn’t already!! The room was spacious, elegant and clean. The whole resort is very nice and well maintained. The pool and jacuzzi is nice! We would definitely recommend to all of our friends and family. There’s access to the beach down below but make sure you’re ok to walk up and down some steps as it can be steep. Last but not least, I highly recommend their breakfast buffet…. My friends and I had an amazing stay at the Lotte Jeju Hotel and are already making plans to visit again. The hotel’s beautiful oceanside views made the experience truly special and relaxing from the moment we arrived. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, fitness center, and both the breakfast and dinner buffets. The buffet selections were excellent with amazing options for everyone. The service was top-notch throughout our stay. From the front desk and concierge to housekeeping, every staff member was welcoming, professional, and attentive. One of our favorite features was the Record listening area, which was the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. We also loved the easy walking access to nearby restaurants and the 7-Eleven, which added extra convenience to our stay. Overall, the Lotte Jeju Hotel provided a luxury experience with exceptional service, beautiful views, and outstanding amenities. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jeju.

I loved how much they value cleanliness. My sheets were fresh everyday. I also had laundry done that came back fresh and pressed. The grounds around the property are gorgeous, and the pool entertainment is really good. Highly recommend this hotel.

This is a beautiful property and an easy walk to the beach. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Rooms were very clean and were well stocked with various amenities. Having bowling lanes in property was a nice touch and our family enjoyed it. Some nice dining options within walking distance. I highly recommend it.
