Me and my family went for my birthday. When we checked into the resort, it was acknowledged, and the lady gave us a huge upgrade. The resort was beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly. I would definitely return for another trip.

The resort is very large, so getting around often requires a cart. The rooms felt old and very outdated. Although we booked a couples suite, we were provided with only one towel and no bar soap. The refrigerator was empty, and the food options were limited. The staff were kind. We visited for a wedding, which was gorgeous from the ceremony to the reception. Overall, the hotel experience was just okay. We enjoyed celebrating the couple, but we would not return to this resort.

We owned at Pueblo Bonito for years and even though our timeshare is over, we continue to come here 1 to 2 times a year. Nalelly at the front desk was so helpful! We had two separate reservations and she was able to combine them so that we could stay in the same room which made us very happy! Marcos and Carlos at the 26 pool were amazing all week and took very good care of us. Rafael and Aiden at La Nao were wonderful! It always makes you feel good when people see you after years and recognize you when you return! They knew our preferences and our table choices which made us feel very special. It is good to see that they are making some upgrades to the facility as there are some areas in dire need of upgrade. We look forward to be able to use these upgraded areas once they are finished.
