Location of the hotel was brilliant. My son treated me for my 60th birthday as I loved visiting Istanbul before. So he booked it. We all had lovely rooms , my husband & I , my middle son & his wife & youngest son. Except for my eldest son he had the smallest room especially hard with a toddler. They complained to the manager & were moved to a bigger room however that was after a few days. That should not have happened. They should have been given a larger room at the beginning.

I liked the location. The hotel is very near a metro and ferry station. The view to the Bosphorus is great. It is also near many bars and stores, which is very convenient. Good choice for the area, but the hotel needs an update As a VIP Expedia guest, I was given a nice upgrade to the 9th floor with a great view. The room was spacious, which I appreciated — but it’s clear that the hotel has seen better days. The interior feels dated and is in need of renovation. You can tell this place used to be top-notch, but it’s aging and could really benefit from a refresh. That said, given the area, I doubt you’ll find anything significantly better nearby. So overall, it’s still a solid choice — just manage your expectations.

Great location small busy hub with lots of cafes and places to eat. Very close to the water and it was easy to access the boat, metro, and trolley when needed. Plenty of taxis available too. The room was fantastic with great views. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely come back again.
