We stayed here for 3 night on a door county trip. I would highly recommend staying here. Comfortable beds and very quiet.

8/10 Very good

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel itself was very nice and centrally located. Our experience was good. The breakfast employee was rather unkind and abrupt, though, which was hard to appreciate. She was unhappy to be there and it was evident.

Hotels.com lists an EV charging station on site. Called hotel to verify and they stated to bring my cord to plug in. When checking in was told that they do not have any EV charging available on site. Staff was friendly and room was clean.

6/10 Good

It was okay. The main problem for me, was the cleanliness of the shower. Thankfully we had a set of shower shoes. It was not clean or well maintained. Breakfast ok but we didn’t t go back for it the second morning. Staff was nice.

6/10 Good

Upon entering the hotel for check in there was a stack of delivery boxes in the main lobby. The staff that checked us in was very friendly and did a very good job with directions to our room and parking information etc... The room was fine - not great - the musty smell was not pleasant at all. The room was clean. The staff were helpful if we needed anything. The temperature control was either too cold or too hot no in between. The breakfast was very good. The staff kept it well stocked and food temp was great! Could tell they worked hard to make it nice for the hotel guests. I probably would not stay at this particular hotel again, but overall was an ok 2 day stay.

4/10 Fair

The desk clerk upon check-in did not clearly speak English, also when we asked how to get to the nearby lake, she had no idea, it was Lake Michigan. How could she not know where something so large was when it about 5 minutes away from the hotel. The first morning of our stay was good and the hostess was friendly. When we went for breakfast the second day, they had run out of food, and had no tea bags, had to ask for them at the desk, which was quite the walk away. No tea bands and no food? Why? The hostess the second was grumpy. The other people at the check in desk were very nice and accommodating. Would I stay there again? I don’t know, it was a convenient location for our needs
