Here’s a professional but clearly negative review you could use: Unfortunately, my experience at this property was disappointing. The room was not as clean as expected, and the overall maintenance of the hotel seemed below standard. The staff was very responsive when issues were raised. The breakfast options were limited. The location may work for some travellers, but overall the service and quality did not meet expectations. I hope improvements are made in the future.

Hotel bem localizado. Staff excelente. Café da manhã razoável. Hotel muito grande. Muito movimentado. Os quartos são muito pequenos ( muito mesmo). Não têm frigobar e nem interfone. Um pouco caro pelo que oferece.

8/10 Very good

Verified review

6/10 Good

O sistema hidráulico fazia barulho, principalmente a descarga do sanitário.
