My daughter and I keep going back to this hotel when we attend concerts or other events at the Kaseya center. Hotel is conveniently located across from the venue. It's a beautiful hotel. Spacious rooms, pool on the 10th floor with view to the bay and nice restaurant by the pool. Highly recommended.

Interior and room were exceptional; however, the exterior lacked any appeal and had litter strewn about it. The parking garage was very tight, so if you're parking a vehicle there, bring something small. Overall it's a nice property, with beautiful rooms and great views (at least from our room). I'd stay there again, I just wouldn't park there.

We had an incredible stay at The Elser Hotel Miami! Our two-bedroom suite was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and offered breathtaking views of the city and bayside. The location was perfect—centrally located and convenient to everything Miami has to offer, making it easy to explore and enjoy our trip. What truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was amazing, welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. Between the stunning views, beautiful accommodations, unbeatable location, and outstanding hospitality, The Elser Hotel exceeded our expectations! I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Miami, especially families or groups looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. We can’t wait to return! 🌴✨
