We had such a wonderful stay at the Inn at Cocoa Beach! From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel so welcome. The hotel has such a warm, personable atmosphere, and it’s clear they put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home. There were so many little touches that made our stay special. We loved that they provided complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas, the daily wine and cheese hour was such a fun bonus, and the iced tea in the lobby was always refreshing after spending time at the beach. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We never made it to breakfast because we’re definitely not morning people, but based on how wonderful everything else was, I’m sure it was just as great! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cocoa Beach.

Easy beach access and convenient walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure guests felt appreciated. The complimentary hot breakfast was excellent, and the honor bar was a thoughtful touch that added to The Inn's unique character. We look forward to staying there again.

This is a small independently owned hotel right on a beach. It was very clean and well maintained. Good breakfast in a morning, not as usual American continental breakfast with tons of sugar, as many hotels can offer. Everything was clean, well kept and well maintained. Personnel was very friendly and supportive. If someone decides to go to a beach - there are always available towels, chairs and umbrellas. Good swimming pool and reclining chairs for sun bathers. From a small negative side - there are no wardrobes (at least in our room) and number of cloth hangers and hooks on a wall were limited, but it wasn't very annoying. Plenty of restaurants in a vicinity, some within a walking distances and a famous Ron Jon surf shop is 200 yards away.

It is a cozy, small and simple hotel with a personal feel to it. The 5-6pm wine and chesse in the breezeway is a great way to meet people and just have a conversation. Most people are frequent return customers, which speaks to the personal touch, relationships they have built and great customer services that the staff provide. Close and easy access to the beach and they provide seats and umbrellas. A lot of good restaurants, night life and amenities nearby.
