We had an amazing one night stay at The Ritz Carlton, they pulled out all the stops for us, a heart shaped mousse cake to celebrate our honeymoon, rose petals in the room, they opened up a separate room at breakfast so we could have a window view and they even etched our room cards with special messages as a keepsake. Amazing service and very friendly.

The Carlton is nothing but the best!!! Shanghai Ritz Carlton was clean and very friendly. Always a good selection for staying overseas. I love the ritz hotels!! My husband and I had a great experience in Shanghai. The front desk super friendly and helpful!! Crystal was really nice when we checked in and she even send a little cake for my birthday- definitely will come back to Shanghai. Ohhh and you can not miss the FLAIR has the best views!!
