Definitely not what is shown in the pictures. First of all, it’s out in the middle of nowhere bunch of sketchy looking people go there. Bedsheets were dirty with stains. Rooms were extremely small heater didn’t work and the water smelled bad. However, the staff was very kind and polite and the restaurant food is very good

The hotel was generally nice and clean, and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, there were several issues that meant the stay did not live up to our expectations. In my opinion, it is not made clear enough on the Hotels.com website that access to the spa area comes at an additional cost. This came as a surprise to us and should be stated more clearly during the booking process. In addition, there was a lot of noise in the restaurant during meal times, which made it difficult to enjoy the food and have a normal conversation. The rooms are also poorly soundproofed. You can clearly hear other guests walking in the hallways and activities outside the room, which affects both comfort and sleep quality. The combination of the additional spa charge and the high noise levels led us to move to another hotel during our stay. Had the information about the spa been clearer, and had the soundproofing been better, our experience would likely have been very different.
