The hotel was just ok. It's great if you are with your family and need a middle of the road hotel. I was highly annoyed by the idea that I had to pay extra to use the jacuzzi. We loved our rooms and the cleanliness of the property. They really thought about some small details to make the guest experience better. the staff were friendly and very responsive. The only comment I have would be the food. It was okay! mostly interesting food for kids but not very high quality which is a common issue at any resort or hotel. Like everyone we came to see the falls. This is a nice facility-big room-good breakfast. Nice staff. Bed a bit too hard, toilet seat broken( didn’t fit, didn’t stay open) pool cold and no hot tub/jacuzzi. The price was right for low season
