Fantastic as always. My only mild complaint is I wish they'd update their showers. Water pressure wasn't great and neither was the temperature control. HOWEVER I love this hotel. The staff is wonderful, rooms are a good size, great view from the ocean front side and my family LOVES the birds. Fantastic deal for the price.

Over all a good place to stay. Pool access was limited which kind of was the point in staying to have somewhere to swim at night. Room was large but kitchen area was crammed between the entrance and bathroom. Staff was great and very hospitable. The place could be updated and be a great place to stay regularly.

I have already booked to stay there again. They have the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in in a LONG TIME. My room was spotless, it smelled good in my room and in the lobby. It had a gorgeous atrium with a little cafe, indoor and outdoor pools, decent parking although they could use a few more handicapped spots. They only had maybe 3 or 4. I loved my view. It was off the boardwalk so it was quiet and the balconies are all separate so you don't have to see or listen to your next door neighbor. It was great!

The place is not a 5 star but doesn't pretend to be, it is a beachfront hotel ,Ocean access is excellent. The building is dated but well maintained and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would stay there again. And a great indoor and an outdoor pool also.
