Most disgusting Motel
I would never recommend nor stay at this place again. The shower was full of mold, and so was ceiling and around air conditioning. The room smelled of mold!! Called the front desk to have it cleaned. Was assured it would be cleaned. The second day, I took a wet nap that I wiped mold off in the shower to the office to have cleaned again. Was told it would be done. I had to clean the shower with one of their wash cloths and my cleaning stuff to get the shower cleaned since they couldn't do it. Your site will not let me upload the video of me cleaning it. This motel is the most disgusting. Talked with a couple, staying next to us, Jim and Jen, and their room was the same. The pictures you see on their site are not what you get at all.

ice isn't free
The rooms were clean and as expected. We were disappointed that we didn't have an elevator, both of us with problems with stairs. We were also very surprised that we had to pay 0.25 for ice! Paying for ice for a plastic bucket, without any insulation, is ridiculous!

It’s not bad…it’s ok.
Just me a single mom & 15yo son. Staff was super pleasant. Location was amazing, steps to the sand. “Expedia overbooked” oceanfront room so we were switched to ocean view room at last minute-free cancel option had passed at that point. Sucked that up and was credited the difference. The room was fine. It was clean on the surface…if you look for dirt you will find dirt. The ac was fuzzy with hair and dust, the toilet handle was not on securely so it was a process to flush, & the seat had left over ick from the last guests. As I have read so many reviews before, “you get what you pay for”, that’s true & for $407 for 3 nights we got a decent stay. Will I return, probably not, would I recommend to friends? Maybe if they were looking for a cheap place, be real if you’re at the beach how much time are you even in the room? Oh yea the beds were comfortable enough, I always bring a sheet to cheaper hotels to throw over what’s there & a blanket and pillows from home. Just makes me feel better about life, probably not protecting us from anything at all but hey works for my peace of mind.
