Old Town vibes, easygoing stays

With nearly 50 years in Old Town, this inn commits to a rustic, historic mood and Southwestern style instead of a generic look. Public spaces and guest areas double down on authentic New Mexican touches, with regional artwork and custom furniture throughout. It is a stay that feels connected to local culture from the moment guests step inside.

  • Local-flavor dining

Wild Avocado keeps it casual with homemade New Mexican dishes, salads, and burgers.

  • Year-round water break

A heated outdoor pool and adjacent hot tub keep downtime on the agenda.

  • Get around without the car

Clean room and friendly staff. It has secured parking for hotel guests. Breakfast is free only if you book the room from Best Western website. Otherwise hotel guests would have 15% off on breakfast and dinner before 6:30 pm. The food at the restaurant is decent.

The location is everything. We were there with a tour, and booked the day before. On the day we got there, we were told the extra reservation had been canceled, but they did find a room for us. When I called a couple weeks before, they also could not find our room at first to confirm.

A charming little place, though right off the interstate, it is quiet, clean, and safe. It has a cute little bar that serves food. A big plus, so you don't have to go out after checking in. I plan to stay there again when I am passing through.
