Clean, smells good, beds are comfy, breakfast is average but free, walkable to Mayo buildings but also has shuttles, the Twigs restaurant is fantastic (try the garlic sauce walley!)! We stay here regularly and have never had a complaint. I did share a few minor maintenance issues with the front desk for our specific room this time, but those issues did not hurt our satisfaction with this hotel... it's a great place to stay! :)

I absolutely loved this hotel. Everybody was extremely kind. The shuttle drivers were amazing. Enjoyed the breakfast. We went there because my son had a bunch of appointments at Mayo and them having their personal shuttle to take you back and forth made the wait time extremely short to get to the appointment. And made it super easy because we didn't have to deal with all the construction and trying to find parking.
