Our stay at Silverland Yen was wonderful, but what made it even better was an associate named Danh, who went above and beyond with his hospitality. He never allowed us to carry anything to our rooms ourselves or open a door, and would rush to the elevator to push the button for us. He even went as far as personally booking us a car to the airport, with his own app and funds, just because he said he had a discount. We were touched by his incredible service and kindness. We will definitely be coming back.

Very nice hotel, every thing clean, very good rooms, good beds, climate control in rooms also very good. Other benefits: free minibar, breakfast and afternoon tea/coffee. We really enjoyed the staff’s very nice and polite service, here I am thinking to Minnie, Sali, Finn & Ellie. At all our breakfast and afternoon teas, they were very helpful and friendly. I also like to mention the rooftop bar and pool area, very very nice area as well. The front desk with Soli has been very helpful with very good recommendations of what to see, rooftop bars or restaurents. So through our 3,5 week tour in Vietnam from North to south Ho Chi Min/Seigon, the the Silverland yen hotel has been the best.
