Opulent property in a great location. Room has some dated items (fax machine, printer) but overall lovely. Staff was exceptional. Every detail — from the bedding to the technology — was thoughtfully designed to make our stay effortless and relaxing. The facilities throughout the hotel are superb, from the lobby to the spa and restaurants, maintaining the high standards you’d expect from The Peninsula brand. But what made our experience truly memorable was the outstanding service from Leo at the Concierge desk. He went above and beyond to assist us whenever we needed help, with genuine kindness and professionalism. Leo’s attention and care made a real difference and reflected the warm, personalized hospitality that defines The Peninsula. We couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly — a perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and impeccable service.
