Great stay at San Fernando Plaza! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout. Special thanks to Helmut Lopez and Faver Ocampo at the breakfast buffet, Steven the butler, and Rodrigo and Yulisa at the front desk (hope I spelled it right!). Their service made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

By far one of the best daily breakfasts available with a wide assortment of fresh offerings. The pool is spacious and offered hours of fun for the kids. The location is convenient yet far enough away from the noise and crowds. Negatives (for me): the beds are way too soft. And the water pressure left much to be desired (mainly toilet).

The room was spotless and the staff were very courteous and knowledgeable. They provide recommendations including which taxis to use or they’d recommend using Uber.
