The hotel location was amazing, the hotel needs a little revamp with the carpets looking old and the air ducts looked dirty with mold but overall was a great stay with great room. Breakfast was really good and the pool was nice!!!

Room was clean. Valet parking took over an hour. Valet seemed a little understaffed. Breakfast was good. Overall had a good experience.

6/10 Good

The property was undergoing some much needed maintenance which was interfering with the ”flow ” and made it hard to get around. Several of the elevators were not working so it took forever to get up and down. Perfect location for the conference at the convention center. Excellent breakfast.

Clean, spacious room. Shower was nice with great pressure. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The onsite breakfast can’t be beat. Location is just steps from Amalie/Benchmark Stadium. Only issue is that only onsite parking option is valet at a cost of $56 per night after fees.

8/10 Very good

Property is perfectly located for downtown stay. Food and staff were very good along with valet and everything was handled promptly. The only thing is that the wait for elevators is on the long side. 4 elevators for 20 floors is not really enough.

We stayed for one night to see a concert at the nearby arena. Our room had a safety issue from a prior guest and we didn’t discover it until nearly midnight due to being at the show. The staff handled it even better than I could’ve imagined, especially since it was so late. The breakfast is amazing and the pool was perfect! We loved how attentive the employees are and will definitely recommend this hotel!
