Check in was seamless, staff was readily available. The hotel was very well kept. All amenities offered were available, people were actively enjoying the games pool and bar area. The room was clean and I am a clean snob. There was paper towels toilet paper small bar soap, towels/rags, dish soap, and shower soaps for use. The sheets were clean , room smelled fresh, no odors.

The location was perfect for our cruise and the shuttle to the port was convenient. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We got in late and they helped us get dinner at the lobster restaurant close by which was also great. The breakfast in the morning was exactly what we needed after a day of travel and a fun day ahead.
