The room was a nice size, with lovely large bathroom and comfortable beds. The staff were attentive, welcome drinks and bringing cakes and fruit to the room. We had a suite and needed two beds making up - which would have been better done before our arrival but they did when we arrived around 5pm. Still there was room for a sofa and armchair in the lounge area. We tried both restaurants when there and would say the Italian restaurant was fantastic. The rooftop pool is fairly small and there is seating for drinks which is nice - but there is limited seating - and less if more than 2 of you - we sat on two tables the first night - but staff and service was impeccable. The area around didn’t feel like you would want to walk out and wander around but we had a super early flight out so wanted to pick somewhere between Giza and CAI

An excellent location, nice room, and very attentive service. I would certainly choose this hotel again if I were in Cairo. Their bakery is outstanding! Nice breakfast with a good mix of local and international selections.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were really helpful. A special thanks to Rajab in the Exec Lounge, Christine and Ibrahim during breakfast and to Raed for helping recover a phone left in a taxi. Overall, an excellent stay and would happily return.
