This is the BEST property in Antigua. We stayed at other places, but this is by far our favorite. Brian at the front desk always makes me feel like I'm visiting an old, dear friend. Rosaleo and Karin at breakfast are incredibly warm and kind. It was always a pleasure starting my day being greeted by them. Heiro at the coffee bar/café was also incredible. The gardens are gorgeous! We had a villa, and we loved the little park in front of our room. This is truly one of my favorite places on earth. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Very nice place, clean and quiet rooms, friendly staff . Restaurant on site was good if not a bit pricey but that’s expected. The layout of the hotel allows for a good sleep . Staff was very friendly and accommodating , location is great as it’s a few min away from the main streets but close enough for a quick walk .

I stopped in Antigua for 2 days before heading to to Flores. The hotel is very much old Antigua. It’s beautiful and has lush greenery surrounding the buildings. The staff is very attentive and nice. They accommodate as much as possible. We arrived early morning

Very clean, attentative to room service, buffet food was fine, front desk attendants need to be friendlier, no one around but appeared too busy to want to help with questions.

Overall good place to stay. Not a fan of the no outside food or drink policy, but aside from that this is a very nice place. Staff is especially kind and helpful.

Food and amenities are in good. Villas are too noisy because they are next to street and they do not have plenty of hot water ( tap do not work properly) in the shower room.
