Stayed in a 2-bed unit with my family of 5, and it was exactly as advertised. Easy check in, clean and nicely decorated unit, we were right beside one of the pools, all was great. I didn't expect a 5-star place, and I got exactly what I expected. Solid 4-stars, exactly what we wanted, would absolutely stay again. My only suggestion is to add a coffee or side table to the unit, and at least one more chair. With only one couch, the 5 of us didn't all have a place to sit, so we had to use kitchen chairs. 5 minute walk from our unit to the beach, 2 minute walk to the main strip, great location. Thanks for the experience!

The room was clean and staff were pleasant but there was no microwave in the room and I was told I had to request it, which I did and it never showed up. We went to check in at the 4pm check-in time and was told they just started cleaning our room. That is unacceptable you should have the rooms cleaned by 4 PM for check-in, especially in the off season. They did move us to a room that was already cleaned, which should have been done before I asked. The 10am check out time is a bit extreme,

The room way very clean. The house keeping came and replaced our towels as needed and took our used towels without asking- superb. They were always available when needed and so helpful. Hotel best location to stay in Siesta Key. I stayed here 9 years ago and stayed here now again & it’s expanded so much, all the cottages are remodeled, great service. Highly recommend for convenience and location to the beach and the village
