Pro spot, can't get closer to the park than this, outside grand California. Good warm breakfast, loved it for years.

The room was very clean and stocked with all needed items. Staff was friendly and breakfast was amazing. Everyday held a new breakfast item so our 4 days there never felt like a complete repeat. Parking was right outside our door. Getting into the Disneyland property was so close. In under 15 minutes we were in the gate and passed through security checkpoint. I highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect location for Disneyland and was very nice!

6/10 Good

Pros: This hotel is as close to Disney as you can get without staying at a Disney hotel. Clean, but could use some upgrades. The staff was nice and fairly helpful when we needed something. Good parking. Cons: The breakfast is poor at best. There were lots of options but none of them were very good. The garbage truck came by at 5:30am and again at 6:30am two of the mornings we stayed. It was rough!

Location is right across the street from the entrance to both theme parks and downtown Disney, super quick walk over to the parks. Staff at hotel is excellent, rooms extremely clean and housekeeping cleans daily. We stay 7 nights each summer and keep going back to that hotel because we like it and the excellent service.

8/10 Very good

Super clean, and the location can't be beat if you're doing Disneyland. Solid breakfast with hot and cold options, albeit crowded and traffic flow isn't great. Everyone there was extremely helpful and kind. I love that the hotel offers a digital tipping method for the housekeeping staff, HOWEVER, the portal refused to process any of my methods of payment (same for the other family staying with us), so we ended up having to use cash anyway.

10/10 Exceptional

The staff were friendly, courteous and professional! The convenience of being across the street from Disneyland was ideal since I didn't want to take the long drive home after a full day at the park. The free breakfast the next morning was an added bonus for me and the kids. The selection was excellent, something for everyone from fresh fruit, donuts, cereal, and breakfast sandwiches, coffee and juice...a great spread! Well worth the price for my family of 4.

8/10 Very good

Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was good except minor issue with water pressure in sink which they will be repairing and the television service. While not real important on a vacation there are times before bed and when getting ready in the morning that it is a nice amenity. The remote was difficult to get to channels and the only ones I could get to had 30 year old Supermarket Sweep & Law & Order episodes. Desk seemed surprised when I inquired so hopefully will be resolved. Closest Hotel to Disneyland so a real benefit.
