As we were individual travelers, others should know that this hotel mostly serves large tour groups. It was very well run and the staff were incredibly professional. The location is good. View is incredible. No air conditioning in the hot summer months is uncomfortable. The room has a table fan and we had to ask for a second fan.

Our stay in Grindelwald was absolutely amazing! The mountain views from the hotel were breathtaking and truly felt like something out of a postcard. Waking up each morning to the stunning Swiss Alps right outside our window was unforgettable. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the First Cliff Walk gondola, making it easy to enjoy one of the area’s most spectacular attractions. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, providing the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The entire experience was enjoyable from start to finish. Between the incredible scenery, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations, this hotel made our time in Grindelwald even more special. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again!

Everything was great! This is my very favorite hotel. The room is clean and cozy with wonderful little touches like restocked drinks in the mini fridge and chocolates on the pillows. The breakfast is immense and delicious. The spa area is so beautiful and relaxing. They allow pets and parking is easy. Staff is friendly, the lounge seating is comfortable and spacious.
