A beautiful well maintained resort. We enjoyed the lagoon access pool. Massive rave to the chef at the sands, we enjoyed every dinner of our stay whilst watching the sunset. Would love to stay again and choose a room with a bath for extra relaxation. Found the bed and pillows very comfortable. Great location close to the mall and new beach club Zumana. We used the gym daily, always kept nice and clean. Staff very lovely and polite. Well done Anvaya Team!

Great experience, one of the best hotels in Kuta. Breakfast had a good spread of continental and Asian cuisine. Wifi was not so great at the restaurants and one of the elevator to my room had some issues. Pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

Booked for the proximity to the airport which is a huge plus. I found the lobby beautiful and grand however can be slow to get service and feels disorganised to see a receptionist. Drinks at Sands took way too long when the restaurant was not busy. Room service the phone rings out a long time. Food was average. Other than location I feel the resort leaves a lot to work on for service and it's food and beverage offerings.

I love the overall ambiance. The staff are so nice with a warm welcoming smiles. The breakfast is so good with wide variety of options to choose from.
