10/10 Exceptional

It's always a great stay. The front desk and ladies who provide breakfast are great. It's close to restaurants, department stores, Publix, and less than 10 min from the Convention Center. It's also on the free shuttle route to the beach. For all these reasons, it's not necessary to rent a car...and free airport shuttle for the win! We've stayed 4 years in a row and look forward to going back next year.

We arrived very early after our cruise. The hotel was kind enough to hold our luggage so we could go explore the town. It worked out perfectly because there was a free shuttle that has a stop right outside the hotel. The location was great with some good, walkable restaurant options. The free breakfast was good too The only downside to our stay was that our room had a musty smell.

8/10 Very good

1) Hotel shuttle bus need to call the hotel for coming to pick you up at airport, otherwise they do not automatic come to pick you up. 2) Breakfast cook food is dry and limited. 3) Location is very close to cruise ship terminal. 4) Others are good.

The room had stains on the carpet, which was a bit of a letdown. However, the staff was friendly and helpful, so overall, I recommend staying at this location.
