Very clean and comfortable rooms, staff was very helpful and close to food and drinks. Hotel bar was very pricey at $25€ for a cocktail but a great view over the bay from the roof top bar. The TV system was substandard but CNN was in English. The taxi stand was a few steps away so the was easy.

A 5 star experience all the way. Could not have been more delighted w our stay! We were upgraded ( without us even asking) to a superb room with a wrap around view of the bay with a spacious balcony. Staff ( from the reception are to the chamber maids) were all outstanding and gracious. The breakfast buffet was excellent and delicious. The terrace has fabulous views of the bay and Mt Vesuvio. We enjoyed a truly memorable tasting menu in the Caruso Restaurant.

The hotel room was super clean, plenty of towels etc. My only criticism is that the tub is really not accessible to older people. I found it slippery and difficult to get in and out of. I would not come again, although I loved the atmosphere, the breakfast and the location.

Great hotel but the staff made it excellent from Bruno at the front desk to the bellman Giovanni. The breakfast staff was wonderful. Filipo and Elizabeth took great care of us and Antonio is a great cook. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the hotel is within easy walking distance of the shopping district and harbor.

Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel and would likely stay there again when in Naples. But two things bothered me about our room. First, the shower was tiny and the shower door was difficult to close correctly. Second, the bed linens felt rough and not high quality. On the other hand, the breakfast buffet was excellent, the rooftop bar was lovely, all staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel room was nicely decorated, quiet, and comfortable.
