10/10 Exceptional

Quite old, but very well maintained. Perfect for visits to Disneyland - 10-15 minute walk from Downtown Disney. Rooms spacious, beds comfy. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Allowed us early access to the room when we arrived at 9:00am on arrival day, from a 16 hour flight. Cleaners found beloved toy that was lost in the room and left it in an easy spot for us to find when returning from the park.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The property is old and showing it's age. Very convenient location for the park and all businesses on the Harbor and Katella side. Will definitely go back.

Room was clean. Soda and ice machines were close. Staff in lobby were especially helpful. They made a phone call on our behalf to find a rented scooter that hadn't arrived. They took care of the scooters each night. Gave us directions and info when asked. The only strange thing was they asked if we wanted maid service. Didn't know that that was an option.

Overall it was Avery good stay. Property is clean and well maintained. A bit expensive for what you get, but it’s close to Disney. Would stay here again.

Room was clean, great proximity to Disneyland, incredible pricing compared to other hotels and motels in the same area. Only negative was the bed wasn’t the most comfortable but that’s not a deal breaker. Will definitely be our first choice next time we come to Disneyland

Loved the location. Everything was convenient. Although we only stayed 1 night, the only concern were the beds, it was like sleeping on cardboard.

8/10 Very good

Great location and loved how clean the room was. The beds were a little uncomfortable, felt more springs than padding.
Verified review

8/10 Very good

Beds were firm. The bedding is outdated. The room had a weird odor. The location was very convenient to walk to Disneyland. Parking and Wifi was included but no breakfast offered. The Suites had plenty of room for 4 adults.

This hotel is my go-to when going to Disneyland. It is close to the park, always clean, the staff is nice and friendly. They go beyond to help their customers. Having free parking is also nice since we drive from another state.

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel staff was friendly and knowledgeable regarding the area. Dominic was helpful whenever I needed anything. The property is clean and the pool/jacuzzi well maintained. There were many parking places close to our room. It's about a 15 minute walk to Disneyland, not the 8 minutes advertised. Still close enough to walk back to room for a break during the day. Microwave and small refrigerator in room that was nice. The beds were clean and comfortable and there were many towels for our use. My only complaint is that the carpets seemed to be in need of being steam cleaned. They left our feet black on the soles or our socks black when we were walking throughout the room. Between the beds seemed a little sticky. We would probably stay here again, but use house shoes or flips to walk while in the room.

The staff was amazingly friendly, the room was so spacious. We stayed in the 2 bedroom family suite with 6 adults and one child. The only bad thing was the bathroom was always busy. But there was plenty of space for everyone.
